Her particular piece of equipment is called the Hyper Gravity Gyminator and it is very similar to the Power Plate. Because these machines work by shaking you, some people may not be comfortable using them. However, after looking at hundreds of studies, Dr. Brown has confidence that vibrating platforms do help with building bone density. In fact, they were developed in the first place to help astronauts and cosmonauts regain bone strength after long voyages in space.
