The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We offer various methods of shipping including USPS First Class & Priority mail. We also offer UPS Ground delivery. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We do ship to PO Box addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping Policy

We do ship to many countries outside the U.S. At checkout you will see the cost of International Shipments. We use UPS Mail Innovations, which partners with the customer’s postal service utilizing UPS’s extensive logistics.

NOTE: International shipments take a long time. We have noticed most international orders are taking approximately 4 weeks to pass through customs and be delivered. If after 6 weeks you have not received your package, we can begin the refund process.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Better Bones is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is a problem with the order you receive from us, please let us know as soon as possible. You may return it within 60 days for a refund, credit, or exchange subject to the following:

  • Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.
  • Customer pays for cost of shipping the item back to us.
  • We cannot refund the original shipping cost.
  • No returns on books.
  • CDs/DVDs can only be exchanged if they are defective.
  • Weighted vests can only be returned if unused and in resalable condition. A $15 restocking fee will be charged.

For all returns, you must first call or e-mail our office to make arrangements for the return.
