Dr. Brown cannot emphasize enough that we each have to assess our own individual case. We are all unique individuals and we have to be able to judge what our personal health limitations are. Just because someone may tell you that you have low bone density, does not necessarily mean your bones are not strong. Being self aware is valuable and if you feel comfortable as well as healthy after certain activities, acknowledge that. Generally when performing physical activity such as bowling or golf, your muscles will tell you what you can handle before your bone does.
