Start by sending us your Vitamin D test (if you have one), DEXA reports, and complete our intake forms. Dr. Brown will carefully review your paperwork and put together a comprehensive supplement plan for you. After she works up your personalized protocol our client services team will go through with you all the recommendations and help you get started implementing the changes.
Dr. Brown is here as your advocate to help you understand the real state of your bone health and guide you in organizing a step-by-step program to build bone strength naturally, the way nature intended.
Send us your labs (past 3-5 years), DEXA reports, and complete our intake forms. Dr. Brown will carefully review your charts and put together a comprehensive action plan for you.

In your first appointment, you will go into your complete medical history and identify any hidden causes of bone loss. She will review with your labs and Dexa’s to help you better understand what is going on and also calm your fears about bone loss. She will also carefully tailor and action plan for you including all 6 steps of the Better Bones, Better Body Program.
In your follow-up appointment, Dr. Brown will review your current progress, diet & pH records, and make suggestions on additional testing that may be required to further understand your case if needed. Additionally, she is there to answer your questions on the implementation of your program.
1. PERSONALIZED CASE ASSESSMENT
