Frozen vs Fresh: Vegetables (+Video)

Q. Are frozen vegetables a good choice?

At the Center for Better Bones we recommend 2 servings of fresh vegetables for lunch and 2 for dinner. We think fresh vegetables are better than frozen. But, frozen vegetables are healthier than canned.
