Q. Are cruciferous vegetables bad for your thyroid?

There is really not much to worry about. Cruciferous vegetables lose any anti-thyroid effect by two thirds once they are cooked. Other research has shown that if you have enough iodine in your system,  these vegetables won’t bother your thyroid.
