Q. Will walking build bone?
Walking or any form of exercise is a great idea. We highly recommend walking 30 minutes a day as a minimum amount. Keep in mind however that exercise alone will not create optimum bone health. Since you also need to build muscle we recommend strength training two or three times a week.
