Q. Are frozen vegetables a good choice?
At the Center for Better Bones we recommend 2 servings of fresh vegetables for lunch and 2 for dinner. We think fresh vegetables are better than frozen. But, frozen vegetables are healthier than canned. We know it can be hard in the winter to get fresh vegetables and frozen ones are certainly the next best alternative. To find out more about the good effects of vegetables, read vegetables make you happy on the Better Bones blog.
