Q. Why am I only seeing a slight bone improvement?
Dr. Brown wants clients to understand that it is very good to stabilize bone. Do not get discouraged if after following a good diet and taking supplements you only see slight improvements. Being able to keep your bone stabilized at an older age is important and more exciting than you think. So, it is ok to not see dramatic improvement. To truly increase bone health at an older age, a focus on high-impact exercise training can be added to a good routine.
