The Details

 This 4-day Better Bones, Better Body retreat & workshop will cover everything you need to manage and reverse your osteopenia or osteoporosis naturally!

 

In this retreat we will learn... how to build bone naturally... how to reduce worry & fear... the best bone building exercises.... about gourmet alkalizing food.... nutritional supplementation individualized for you how community can build bone!

Love Your Bones, Love Your Life Retreat Includes:

 All meals Thursday evening through Sunday breakfast. Meals with be healthful options including primarily alkaline, gluten free, and soy free. 

 3 nights & 4 days in the lovely retreat center. Walking distance to the beach and Main Street with pool and hot tub amenities.

 Morning Group Exercise Programs including: Dr. Fishman’s 12-Pose Yoga Series for Osteoporosis, Dr. Brown’s favorite back- and hip-strengthening exercises, beach walking with our Better Bones Exercise Vest (vests will be provided for use during the course and available for purchase to take home), and balance enhancement classes led by the Better Bones fitness coaches.

Morning Lecture with Dr. Brown covering all the key steps of the Better Bones, Better Body® Program. You will leave being able to fully implement your Better Bones, Better Body® Program at home.

Alkaline Cooking Demos led by Dr. Brown and assistants

Afternoon Small-Group Breakout Sessions with Dr. Brown. Here your individual case will be analyzed and your Better Bones, Better Body® Program will be developed. If you are already an existing client of Dr. Brown, this analysis will lead you deeper into your personal program.

Optional: Afternoon Bone-Building Activities with the Better Bones staff, or rest and play time making use of all the retreat amenities, and/or beach and local attractions.

 Optional: Meditation before dinner led by Dr. Brown.

 Evening Group Circle and Q&A led by Dr. Brown where you can ask any of your most pressing questions!

 A Group Dinner Outing on the town Saturday night at one of Myrtle Beach’s amazing restaurants!

 All course materials and program support kit mailed to you before the start of the course so you can begin “boning up” before you arrive.

 Better Bones, Better Body® gift bag and course materials  (over $100 value).

 All supplements in the program will be available to try during the length of your stay as well as supplement demos and one-on-one nutrient coaching with our client support team.

Optional: Personalized Analysis of Your Bone Density Tests & Lab Work as would be done in a personal consultation with Dr. Brown. 

 Course begins with dinner on Thursday evening; however the retreat center is available for your enjoyment all day Thursday.

 Stay & Play Sunday – Checkout from the retreat center is 10 am on Sunday, but the fun doesn’t stop there! If you have a bit of extra time, Dr. Brown is opening her nearby Beach House (we will provide transportation) for an optional day of sunbathing, relaxation, or one-on-one time with Dr. Brown (by appointment).

Not Included:

Travel & airfare to and from the retreat house. Alcoholic beverages are allowed but not provided. There is ample refrigerator space for any personal items you would wish to bring.
