Love Your Bones, Love Your Life Retreat Includes:
3 nights & 4 days in the lovely retreat center. Amenities at the retreat center include beautiful walking paths, energy vortexes, a meditation lake, healing garden, pool and jacuzzi. Sedona Mago Retreat has everything you need for relaxation and rejuvenation.
All meals Thursday evening through Sunday breakfast. Meals with be healthful options including primarily vegetarian/vegan with some fish, gluten free, dairy free, soy free options.
Lecture sessions with Dr. Brown covering all the key steps of the Better Bones, Better Body® Program. You will leave being able to fully implement your Better Bones, Better Body® Program at home.
Every attendee will receive their own customized charting of bone density & labwork as well as personalized notes & supplement protocol from Dr. Brown about their Better Bones, Better Body® Program. If you would like additional one-on-one time with Dr. Brown for questions about your personal situation, you may schedule an appointment before or after the retreat at the Mago Center (times TBD). If you are an existing client of Dr. Brown, this analysis will provide deeper insights into your personal program.
Afternoon exercise workshops with E-RYT 200, Gina Galli. She will be demonstrating safe yoga postures for strong bones as well as leading spine and hip strengthening workshops. Our Better Bones Exercise Vest will also be provided for use during the course for walking or movement workshops.
Evening Q&A led by Dr. Brown where you can ask your most pressing questions!
Optional: Meditation before dinner led by Dr. Brown.
All course materials and program support kit mailed to you before the start of the course so you can begin “boning up” before you arrive.
